Digital Media Services Coordinator
Summary
Facilities Engineer
This position is responsible for daily systems operations of the building including repairs and/or replacement of various building-related mechanical, electrical, plumbing, control systems, air handling units, and heat exchangers. Receives and responds to service calls, takes immediate action to resolve emergency situations and system breakdowns. Manages and monitors HVAC controls, emergency systems (e.g., fire, smoke, security), lighting systems, electrical, and plumbing.
This position is part of the AFSCME Local 397 bargaining unit.
Group Sales Coordinator
The Group Sales Coordinator is an experienced, organized, and collaborative professional who will support all functions of Group Visits. The Group Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling museum visits for schools, camps, tour, corporate, and travel groups as well as provide customer service to these groups both in person on the day of their visit and via email communications.
Visitor Experience Assistant
Visitor Experience Assistants (VEAs) welcome visitors to the Museum and engage with children and families in the exhibits, facilitating positive play-based learning experiences. Visitor Experience Assistants provide customer service throughout the Museum floor through their knowledge of daily programming, Museum exhibits, ticketing/membership offerings, and wayfinding.
